Business hours
The Client acknowledges that Whole House Sleep LLC operates between the hours of 9AM-5PM Monday through Saturday. Whole House Sleep LLC is closed on Sundays and all U.S. Federal Holidays. Any correspondence outside business hours will be addressed within the next two business days.
Changes to our Terms of Service
Whole House LLC reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply only to services rendered after the date of the change.
Consultation services
In regards to consultation services rendered by Whole House Sleep LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Phone consultations, excluding the complimentary 15 minute phone consultation, will be scheduled via email after the Client has paid for service.
- Phone consultation time is cumulative and may be divided between multiple phone calls. Each phone call will be counted as no less than 20 minutes in length.
- A two week period of sleep consultation support from Whole House Sleep LLC is included in the Two Week Support Package. The two week period commences when Whole House Sleep LLC sends the Client the "Quick Action Plan" email and ends 14 days thereafter.
Extenuating circumstances
Whole House Sleep LLC shall be excused from any delay or failure in rendering service if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.
Limitation on use
All services, products, and content provided by Whole House Sleep LLC are for the exclusive use of the Client for noncommercial purposes and are not to be shared with a third party.
Limitation of liability
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Whole House Sleep LLC will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, to person or property, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage. Information provided by Whole House Sleep LLC is communicated in good faith for educational purposes only. The information is not intended to be a substitute for professional medial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No assurance
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Whole House Sleep LLC cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. The most favorable outcome will be achieved if the Client is able and willing to cooperate with Whole House LLC's recommendations.
Privacy policy
Whole House Sleep LLC only has access to collect personally identifiable information that the Client voluntarily offers such as name, address, phone, and billing information via email. This information will not be sold or rented to any third party. Whole House Sleep LLC will use the Client's personally identifiable information to render services. Whole House Sleep LLC may contact the Client via email in the future to tell them about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. The Clients reserves the right to opt out of future email communication at any time.
Satisfaction guarantee
Whole House Sleep LLC will offer a refund within 30 days of purchase to a Client that is dissatisfied with the service they received. The Client must submit a refund request via the "Contact Us" page on wholehousesleep.com. The refund request must explain in 15 words or more why the Client is dissatisfied with the service offered by Whole House Sleep LLC.
Service termination
Whole House Sleep LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if these Terms of Service have been violated.
